Authors’ Council
Authors’ Council is the top management body of the Russian Authors’ Society. The key aspect of Society’s work – the amount and order of royalty payment – depends solely on the decisions of the Authors’ Council. The Council deals with the most sufficient issues of the Society internal activity – it approves the annual budget, creates the branches and special funds. This body is headed by the President of the Authors’ Council. He represents RAO in governmental and public organizations including foreign ones.
